Baltasar Portillo, a Salvadoran Sculptor, has created the Black Dove Chair (wrought iron powder coat), which will be on exhibit by Outdoorz Gallery during Paris Design Week. Baltasar Portillo, intends to intersect between art and design by creating sculptural functional pieces. Transparency is a major characteristic in his work creating pieces that are subtle accents that can merge with the space without blocking the view of the spectator.
