   The Vitra Bovist Floor Pillow is fun, functional and fresh. Available on Design Public, this beautiful floor cushion can be used like a stool or as a pouf.  The cushion is filled with a mixture of polypropylene balls and granulate and the embroidered cover is made of  two different colored linen sewn together (the underside of the cover is made of light blue, washable polyester).    The shape of this creation is pretty much familiar and same goes with its functionality. However, the latter part may leave some people to think twice, especially if you want to see this chandelier last longer without sacrificing its mold. The Candelier is a creation by Takeshi Miyakawa. It is made entirely out of wax and if you should dare light it up, expect it to drip wherever you may place it and most probably disintegrate. Created for the Creatomatic show at New York's Eyebeam Gallery, it took ten weeks to cast and mold. The idea really looks neat and poses a great alternative to lighting solutions that should use no electricity.    Here is another one of those dual functioning home pieces. This is the Motion Bookshelf which can at the same time be used as well as a rocking chair of sorts.    The design may seem something you may have already seen commercially but for sure there are some folks who would probably make use of it in their homes too. Something like this one designed by Irena Ivanova who designed one for a residence just outside Sofia in Bulgaria. The home is actually a project piece made for a family of three children and is divided into two doors. The first level is partially presented in the photos below. It features an open plan living and dining area. With three types of lighting – hidden-, built-in and hanged lamps, this part of the house can easily change its atmosphere at a push of a light generating button. The overall design seems neat in case you are up for home improvement renovation soon, a cheerful setup that seems to make it easier as far as setting the ambiance and the mood in homes is concerned.    These stools don't seem much but the feature that should make them stand out the most is their ability to be stacked. This is of course more than just putting them over one another. The stools have some sort of indentation embedded that should account for more sturdy and certain balance for people who may end up stacking more than one of them.    Here is another futuristic looking table for you, something that should remind you of those sci-fi flicks. Looking more as an artsy and sculptural piece, the Volna Table is something that should easily tie you up with the futuristic furnishings that one can only determine from movies like perhaps that cartoon series, the Jetsons. The Volna Table features soft curves and a fluid movement, all made in an unbroken and continuous form that should be neat either for office or any home.
